A single-blinded, prospective, comparative, pilot, randomized, clinical trial was performed with 18 athletes of both sexes from a judo team currently competing on a national level. One group received chiropractic care and one did not. Measured analysis of each group demonstrated that the grip srength of the athletes receiving chiropractic improved compared to those not receiving chiropractic.
